The combination of thesetwo tonewoods make for aunique result, whilestill keepingthe familiarity of the J-45's sound intact. The Englemann naturally has a more “worn-in” tone than other spruces, and paired with the brighter sounding Koa, you end up withfinely tuned, warming sonic experience.If its performance weren’t enough to blow you away, we should mention it’s alooker, too. You can spot a hint of bear claw figure on the top,approaching the stunning rosette.The slotted diamond inlayscomplimentthe silky rosewoodfingerboard, andare brought out by the abalone scriptheadstock logo above them.
