This Martin Custom Expert auditorium-style model comes together with a number of woods and features selected from our team here for a totally impressive model on every level.

This Martin Custom Expert acoustic begins with a 000/OM auditorium body brought together by an Adirondack spruce top and two-piece Wild Grain East Indian rosewood back and sides – the latter hand-selected by our team on a visit to Martin's headquarters in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This classic combo of woods – spruce and rosewood – is made all the more vivid and robust with these top-shelf variants for a musical voice that fills a room with authority. Visually, this body is built out with a gloss finish with Martin's Ambertone 1933 burst color highlighted by Antique White body binding. Within its 000/OM-style body, this Adirondack spruce top is lined with Martin's hand-shaped Golden Era scalloped spruce braces in an X-Brace pattern for an enhanced level of sustain and projection.

From here, this Custom Expert 000/OM introduces a select hardwood neck through dovetail neck joint construction and Martin's Modern Adhesive. These more modern elements put the guitar's modern playability further alongside the neck's satin finish with Golden Era Modified Low Oval profile with a High Performance taper for a smooth, seamless feel in the palm. On the fingers, the neck's oiled black ebony fingerboard with twenty Standard-sized frets make for a highly playable feel while radiant abalone Golden Era Style 42 short Snowflake inlays make an impressive visual impact.

Solidifying its whole experience, this Martin Custom Shop features a number of quality hardware specifications. At the base of the scale length, a black ebony Golden Era Modern Belly bridge lands with a drop-in compensated bone saddle for a solid connection string-to-body. Toward the other end, Grover nickel tuning machines line up with a bone nut, making for smooth stringing experiences. This Custom Expert visually features up-close details like HD Zig Zag purfling along its rosewood back for captivating views at every level.
